USA is a Charlotte area company located in Belmont, North Carolina that is dedicated to the vendor management of real estate information services for the consumer mortgage lending industry and is a business to business company. The hallmark of USA's service commitment and for which it draws upon its acronym USA are Uniformity, Standardization and Accuracy. We are proud of the fact that all of our products and services are produced solely within the United States of America.
USA's owner, Jim Seagraves, and operations manager, Keith Lewis, have over 45 years of combined experience in all facets of the real estate information services vendor management business. Jim has been active in the vendor management industry since 1981 and was one of the founders of a national vendor management company in the early nineties. Keith has served in various title capacities in the vendor management industry since 1990 and has been a licensed title insurance agent in as many as 34 states during his title career.
